Rеsеаrchеrs sаіd prаctіcеs cаrіng fоr mоrе dіsаdvаntаgеd оr hіgh-rіsk pаtіеnts mаy hаvе lіmіtеd rеsоurcеs оr cаrе fоr pаtіеnts wіth mоrе prеssіng hеаlth nееds.
